Computer Buddies drop-in sessions take place every Thursday at Levenshulme Inspire, and if you’re an older person with an interest in tech, or just curious about it all, it’s a great environment to learn more. The sessions are led by Paul and James who will explain just what it all means and show you the ropes, whether you want advice on choosing a laptop, help getting online or anything else tech based. Whatever you’re into, Paul and James can help. The sessions also feature a Nintendo Wii Fit, which can help make exercise fun.

Whilst I was there, I had a go on the Nintendo Wii Fit, which was a new experience for me. Paul explains everything, so you’ve nothing to worry about if you’re a total novice like I was. Not only can it help keep you fit, it’s fun too’
