LGN is proud to partner with Gorton Hub and present free Tai Chi sessions to over 50’s in Manchester. This is a new, friendly exercise session taking place every Monday at the multipurpose Gorton Hub Complex on 27 Garratt Way. The classes run from 1.30 to 2.30, and are instructed by award-winning Tai Chi Instructor George Shu Lee. Beginners are very welcome.
Tai Chi benefits the body in many ways, including blood circulation, improved blood pressure and support for joint movements, to name a few.
Group classes or practice sessions provide opportunities to connect with others, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
